ABOUT KY

I've spent my career inside growth.

"The constraint is never really about the meeting, or the hire, or the system. It's about what the leader has capacity to hold."

The credibility

For 17 years, I led and developed people inside a high-performance corporate environment, eventually serving as a VP responsible for large teams and hundreds of millions in revenue. I strategically led a $350M division with 1,600+ employees across North America.

I led through recessions, rapid growth, organizational change and technological shifts. I watched what happens when the demands of growth exceed the capacity of the people creating it, over and over, in businesses of every size.

The realization

Here's what I learned: growth isn't simply a strategy problem.

Every stage of growth asks more of the leader, the team and the organization than the last. The decisions get heavier. Change happens faster. And the way you led the company here may not be the way to lead it there.

I've seen capable leaders drown in meetings that don't move anything forward, teams that stay capable while everything still comes back to one person, and companies that add people, process and systems and end up with more complexity, not less.

The pattern is always the same. Somewhere underneath all of it is one constraint consuming the capacity that should be going toward growth.

That's the work I do today: helping founders and executives build the capacity their next stage requires.

If any of this sounds familiar, let's find out what growth is costing you.

That's why I built the 4C Method™: Connect, Clarify, Clear, Capacity. A way to find the one constraint underneath the ten problems, instead of trying to fix all ten at once.

I've used it with founders, executives and leadership teams navigating exactly the stage you're in now. Not another leadership program. A way to see clearly, decide faster, and reinvest the capacity you get back into growth.
